Do you have a team member who clearly does not love working in your salon, clinic or spa? It will be obvious to the rest of the team and most of all to your clients. You can see it, feel it and it is usually contagious. Every day you deal with people, you don’t work in an office where you communicate mostly via a computer. If you have a moody, grumpy person, take action to deal with this negativity. Don’t have the attitude “they are always like that” change them or change them. A good place to start is the first time they show a bad attitude. Your salon culture is precious so treat it with the care and the attention it deserves.
