Each year I have a saying that I share at the start of the year and I have chosen one that I think is very appropriate for what is going to continue to be, a year where we will have to do things in different ways and be flexible and make changes as we cross each opportunity and challenge.
Each month I have a 2-page list that I use to prepare my coaching for each client, to ensure it is very personal for the needs of each salon. In your first coaching in January, I will ask this question:
“Give me 3 big goals you are committed to achieve this year”
In January 2023 I asked “Name 3 people who will help you achieve your goals this year. These were the answers.
