As you finish off your Christmas planning, I thought I would share a couple of ideas you might like to consider to help keep everyone focused and excited in December.
We know that money and gift cards are a great incentive, but consider some of these fun ideas that are smaller and can be offered more widely to the team:
- Selection of the playlist for the next hour or day
- Choose a busy day and give a $1.00 Christmas “Scratch It” for each product sold.
- A week before Christmas have a prize for the person who sells the most Christmas packs (compared to the number of clients).
Community involvement:
Charity drive: encourage clients to bring in non-perishable food items or toys for as a donation for a charity.
- Christmas card for a cause: set up a station for clients to write cards to a local nursing home or hospital.
- Say thank you to all clients with a ticket in a food hamper that is drawn and delivered on Christmas Eve.
Keep everyone focused and happy and you will have a great Christmas.
